Way back in November or December I preordered a shirt from Far From Subtle Entertainment/Fangamer. I chose the Invincible tshirt because I've always loved it when Ace wore it in Awesome Video Games and I wanted to impress my friends with my infinite star power. It arrived promptly in January (it was a preorder, remember!!) and I have since worn it and it's all wrinkled right now, so you can't see it!! But! If you look really closely when I kick the box of games down the stairs in Who's Tougher: Genesis vs. SNES you will see that I am wearing it. So cool.
I announced my absolute glee at receiving the package by assembling the ROB papercraft that was bundled with the tshirt and showing the results to Fraser.
Aww... This tiny ROB sure knows how to tilt his head just right. I can hardly keep my eyes off of his immense cuteness!
Since Fraser just happens to be a fan of my own videos, he sent me the motherload of AVG merchandize!!
I think I'll leave this ROB disassembled, so that I have it in both forms. But, then again, the other paper ROB might want a companion...
Anyway! The loot included six Far From Subtle/Awesome Video Games pins, and two Fangamer pins, two Fangamer stickers, Awesome Video Games Volume 1 (DVD), and, of course, the ROB papercraft. Those four pins in the packaging shall remain IN the packaging, just because the packaging itself is oh so awesome!
Oh! And how could I forget the T-shirt! I did a bit of filming today and wore it, so I took a picture of the shirt:
Too bad my hair looks like obscenely long armpit hair in the photo! And my boobs have disappeared!! Oh well... I will be wearing this shirt for the rest of the day and many more times in the future!! Thanks Fraser!!

Yay Video Games!
ReplyDeleteI love both of your guys' videos. How about some crossover action in the future? Eh? EH?!
ReplyDeleteI love this post! I also really love the fact that you mentioned your boobs disappeared. Where did they go?
ReplyDeleteI guess they were being camera shy ;)
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear that two great Canadian artists are mutual fans. I agree with Kyle, a crossover would be great!
ReplyDeleteSince you guys are on opposite ends of the country, maybe you could meet in the middle? I'm sure Saskatchewan would appreciate it!
Don't worry, Armpit hair is due for a comeback!
ReplyDeleteForget ROB, check out those awesome sunglasses!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, LD.
