Non-Nostalgic Review: Sonic Adventure



My newest video has been met with some very divergent opinions! I have received TONS of messages and emails from people saying this is their most favourite out of all the videos I have made! On the flipside, this video has a lot of comments expressing negativity toward my opinion. What can I say?! It would be quite a significant feat to have an opinion that absolutely everyone agrees with, and I don't think I'm quite up to the task!!

Regardless of the opinions involved in the video, I had a great time editing this one. It was fun to work with a newer game. Working with the cinematography of the cutscenes was a new experience for me, and it was actually really fun splicing the different scenes together. I put a big effort in cutting down some cutscenes while still maintaining the appearance of being completely intact.

  4. Well said! Amazingly annoying, yet somehow ends up being fun. I don't have any nostalgia for it either, but I also don't think I agree that it feels like classic Sonic in 3D. Felt like I was sitting back and watching him go much more than in the originals. Back then, if I wanted to stop, I might find some secret. If I stop in Adventure...more often than not, I die. Still, as you said, it still ended up being fun!

  6. The Sega Sonic games and the Archie Sonic comics have different continuity's so the Sonic in the Sega games real name may be Sonic.

    P.S. The "Don't Look She's Only 12" Joke made me LOL lots

  9. Build a strong economy WOW Gold. Keep producing workers. Use the advantages of your race. If you are Terran then that means you should be using pretty much all of your energy on Mules at the Orbital Command. If you are Zerg be sure to expand faster than your opponent and spawn multiple Drones at a time Buy Runescape Gold. As for Protoss you should be using Chrono Boost at first to get Probes faster.
